If taking the bus is preferred, it is a 5 minute walk to the Avondale bus stops. A simple kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and kettle is available. Free onsite parking available.

Situated 20 mins from Auckland Airport We are a flat 5 minutes short walk to the train station where you can go to Eden Park or continue on the train into the CBD of Auckland. Bus stops are 3 minutes walk. We are very close to Chamberlain Park if you like golf Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants.

It is attached to our 100 year old home, but is completely self contained. There are outdoor areas for you, tv with chromecast available, games. Bus and train are close by. Polished wooden floors, eco cleaning products, full sanitising. Breakfast is included in the price - Homemade muesli, bread and yoghurt, spreads, tea and coffee.

Modern and spacious 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette. Massive lounge and dedicated entrance 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and futon in lounge. If you want the futon in the lounge made up into a bed please book for 3 people to account for extra bedding. Kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Kid friendly with books and toys. The flat is underneath the main house so we do ask for quiet after 10pm each evening.
