This 1910 character building was originally a railway cottage, and is now our part-time family home. Two bedrooms - one with a fire truck bed that kids love (plus a roll out), and another for the grown-ups. A 17-minute walk gets you to Eden Park through a neighbourhood made for families. There's a playground 100m away through a brick archway at the end of our cul-de-sac, swings hanging from street trees, plus the great cafes, bars, and restaurants of Morningside and Kingsland on your doorstep.

Situated 20 mins from Auckland Airport We are a flat 5 minutes short walk to the train station where you can go to Eden Park or continue on the train into the CBD of Auckland. Bus stops are 3 minutes walk. We are very close to Chamberlain Park if you like golf Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants.

Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

Peaceful two bedroom home perfect for a family or couple. Master bedroom with sunroom leading out to a big backyard. Second bedroom with a single bed and portcot available on request.
