Home & property were stunning ! Beautifully decorated! Exceeded expectations! Loved the goats, duck & pups! Host was very responsive & helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway! Ruth’s place in Galax was the perfect escape after a hectic end to the school year. The home was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained—exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. Ruth was a thoughtful and responsive host, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The quiet surroundings and small-town charm made it even more special. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

As pet owners, we especially appreciated how genuinely pet-friendly the property was, which made our trip even more relaxing. Taylor was an amazing host. She was fantastic with communication, accommodating with our early check in request, and checked in on our stay. The house was perfect for our family to stay in during our wedding weekend. There were cute touches, extra's provided (kids toys and books), and our family loved the addition of the hot tub. Stayed here for a weekend getaway with a best friend who lives out of state along with our 7 children. It was a wonderful place to just hang back and relax. Lots of space for kids to hang out, they especially loved the massive second story deck with room for games. The views are phenomenal and the fire pit out front was a definite hit, we came prepared with s’mores supplies. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with all supplies. The closeness was Stone Mount State Park was especially convenient. Steve was also a wonderful host, always quick to respond and was even totally understanding of a hiccup in our check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Oh the peace of sitting on a rocking chair on the front porch after a long bike ride, the river in front of us, falls in sight. The quiet neighborhood and super comfortable beds provide for a peaceful night's sleep. After morning coffee on the porch, we were ready for another day on the trail. The sparkly clean, cozy cottage had everything we needed, and much more.

Kelly’s place was the perfect spot for our needs. Her communication and accommodating presence allowed us to feel really comfortable in the space. The location was gorgeous and we really enjoyed walking out back on the trails. Thanks for hosting!

Our stay in Floyd was incredibly peaceful—tucked in the heart of nature, quiet, private, and serene. Kathryn was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked. We also attended a beautiful Mother’s Day gathering in the main house with music and a potluck, which was truly special. The hosts made the entire experience even more memorable. We loved every moment!

I can’t say enough great things about this place and the host. Elizabeth was friendly and responsive and the place had many great amenities. Loved the outdoor space. Comfortable and peaceful. The bed was also comfortable and private with good blinds and curtains to keep out the light. The kitchen had everything we need to cook a fabulous meal.

Alison’s place was the perfect getaway for us to have a nice quiet weekend. It’s so private and relaxing. Wonderful views. Very close to the New River state park. House is clean and cozy. Nice outdoor areas with fire pit and grill. Our pups loved the space and fenced in deck area. Will book again in the future.

Jason’s place is perfect for a short getaway. You can see the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains while you’re enjoying the outdoor hot tub. The place is small but very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our time here. To note for those who are not from this area, there might be some bugs. I recommend bringing bug spray with you. Yet I was able to enjoy the place with a peace of mind despite my serious bug phobia. So it’s absolutely fine for ordinary people. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. A beautiful, comfy hide-a-way right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cabin was very clean and everything we needed was available. The host, Rebecca, was fantastic. She was very responsive and provided exactly what we needed before and during our stay. The artsy and amazing little town of Floyd, VA is about 15 minutes away and has anything you could possibly want and the drive to get there is breathtaking with multiple scenic over looks and a few parks and campgrounds in the area. There are multiple other beautiful little mountain towns within an hour drive of the areas as well such Mt. Airy, NC(home of Mayberry). We will definitely be back!!!Do your self a favor and book this wonderful little place. You will not regret it.

This was our second stay. Jennifer and David are amazing hosts and have thought of everything. It’s such a wonderful cabin to relax in after long hikes. Hope to return again!
