This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

A barn in Brittany

The cottage we offer, located in the heart of the natural park of the Rance Valley and the Côte d'Emeraude, is an old stable/barn, renovated in 2023 with a surface area of 70 m2 on two floors and adjoining our home. It has all modern comforts, very well insulated, very sunny thanks to 3 Velux on the 1st floor, facing south. It is in the center of the village, close to shops and restaurants.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
