A renovated house with a hot spring bath fed directly from the source spring, built 40 years ago along the Chitose River. [1st Floor] Public space. The dining room and kitchen has a custom 4 m counter with 12 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with 3 IH cooktops, stovetop pots, cooking utensils, Balmuda oven range, Aladdin graphite grill, hand blender, Bruno hot plate (octopus grill plate), kettle, and other cooking utensils/appliances, commercial ice maker, and refrigerator. The sofa lounge is equipped with a karaoke machine, so you can sing karaoke as much as you like (please close the window completely when using karaoke and keep the volume down) There is a footbath connecting the dining room and lounge. This is also a flowing hot spring.　The bathroom can be opened, and you can enjoy the sound of the river and the natural trees while relaxing in the hot spring. [2nd Floor] Guest room. There are a total of 3 rooms, a 10-tatami mat Japanese-style room with 2 queen beds, and 8-tatami mat and 6-tatami mat Japanese-style rooms. Futons are available in semi-double size. The linens are cleaned by a ryokan hotel specialist and are clean. Linens include bath towels, face towels, and gowns, in addition to bedding. Amenities include toothbrushes and basic toiletries (shared). There is also a hair dryer and a straight hair iron.

An old house that is said to have been relocated from Kyoto in the early Showa period has revived.The relocation was Matsutaro Shoshiro, the Yomiuri Shimbun and Japanese TV.Due to historical figures, there is a hidden room in the attic. With large beams, Japanese-style rooms facing the sea, you can see the horizon from anywhere.The sea is so close that you feel like you are on the sea, and you can overlook the Manazuru Peninsula, Oshima, Hatsushima, the Izu Islands and the Izu Peninsula, and it looks like an observation deck.There is an orchard in the back, and it is spacious enough to walk with pets. The bath and washroom have been renovated, so it is modern, but the bathtub can only be seen in the finest Koya Koya and luxury ryokan. It can accommodate up to 12 people, so it's great to spend time with your family, friends, or a couple! However, there are no shops around because it is a quiet area.You can shop and cook at nearby supermarkets, etc., and there are BBQ facilities, so you can enjoy it. Anyway, the location and the old house are just about sighing.You can say it's a miracle property!Come and stay and feel!

It is a Japanese modern design house based on a total floor area of 115 ㎡, 3LDK cabins. When you go up to the second floor, you can see the large Mt. Fuji from the window of the living room, BBQ on the large balcony on the back of Mt. Fuji, and after enjoying the barrel sauna surrounded by trees, you can take a bath in the forest in the resting space outside.The yard has a large fire pit where you can even talk around the fire.In addition, there is a high fence in the garden, so if you bring your dog, you don't have to worry about running away.
