This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, as well as two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers one bedroom with bunk bed and room for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with top quality furniture and amenities. June - August takes place weekly rentals.

The distance to central Motala is 3 km. Distance to municipal playground thirty meters At the cottage, you have access to the garden's grass areas. Miscellaneous games and play materials are available to freely use.

A modern villa with a lake plot, large private dock, hot tub and sauna. Stunning views of Lake Boren where the canal boats pass by. As cozy summer as other seasons. Great fishing in the lake. Suterränghouse where the upper level has integrated kitchen and living room for social interaction with panoramic lake view as well as WC. Lower floor has three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and living room/tv room. On the property, there are also two smaller cabins with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and hot tub.

Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt.
