Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Med närhet till allt finner ni denna mysiga och nybyggda stuga. Stugan är byggd 2025 och allting är nytt och fräscht! Alla bekvämligheter finns så som ett välutrustat kök, mysig matplats för 2 och en rymlig uteplats. Till stugan hör en egen infart och en parkeringsplats till. Stugan är dessutom utrustad med AC som svalkar skönt på varma dagar! Stugan är 15m2 och är lämplig för två personer med ett mindre barn som delar säng. Varmt välkomna!
