Hybel med sentral beliggenhet. Egen inngang og uteplass. Kort vei fra buss (3 min) og togstasjon (8 min å gå). En fin spasertur på 20 min til sentrum. 1 dobbelseng. 1 ekstra madrass kan lånes til å legges på gulv ved en ekstra gjest (3 gjester). Bad m badekar, dusj i badekaret. Gang til yttertøy. NB! Ikke kjøkken, men: Eget rom mellom gang og bad som er utstyrt med kjøleskap/frys, hybelkomfyr,mikrobølgeovn, vannkoker, presskanne til kaffe. Kopper, vannglass,vinglass, tallerkner,bestikk osv.

Med under 3 minutters gangavstand til badeplass, butikk og kollektivtransport, og 10min gangavstand til sentrum har man alt man trenger rett rundt hjørnet. Inkludert kort avstand til fjorden, og badstue gjennom Damp AS. Leiligheten har kjøkken med bl. a. oppvaskmaskin, brødrister, vannkoker og airfryer, bad med vaskemaskin, soverom med hems og 2 dobbeltsenger, og stue med tv, chromecast og sofaplass til 4 personer. Hund kan tillates etter avtale. Leiligheten er ommøblert etter fotografering.

Stedet mitt er nærme sentrum, offentlig transport, parker og utelivet. Stedet passer godt for en person men kan huse 2 personer. Det koster 200kr ekstra pr.natt dersom dere er to. Seng(90 cm+madrass på gulvet). Det er mulighet for å lage enkel mat. Kokeplate, mikrobølgeovn++ NB! Kjøkkenkrok og bad/toalett er på samme rom. Et oppholdsrom med seng på 90 cm. Dersom 2 gester, ekstra madrass . Hybelen er i kjeller. Takhøyde ca.197cm. Sengklær og håndklær er inkludert. Gratis parkering i gata.

Studio apartment

Cozy studio apartment near SUS Stavanger Universitetssykehus. 40 square meter apartment for rent, 25 minutes walk from Central Stavanger. The Apartment have 1 bedroom and the livingroom has a sofa bed .The bathroom is modern with a heated floor, shower, toilet, sink and a washing machin and dryer. Clean towels and bed linen. Wifi and cable TV is for free. Own kitchen with tools, etc. 2 min walking to grocery store, gas station and bus stop. Shopping mal Kilden is only a 10 min walk.

Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.
