In the village about 250 m away there is a small minimercado with a café. The house is located directly on the hiking trail to the cliffs to Mosteiros and to Caldeira Sete Cidades. The location offers a scenic and quiet starting point to explore the rest of the island.

Este pequeno T1 tem no RC uma casa-de-banho, kitchenette e sala com vista panorâmica para o Vale. No exterior uma varanda em consola, jardim e churrasqueira. No piso superior um amplo quarto.
