We've been on Airbnb for 4 years and mainly serve business travelers, teachers, students, and civil service exam candidates. I carefully select profiles before approving reservations. I decline requests that don't fit our hosting format. We currently rent 2 of the 5 bedrooms. The house is spacious and everyone can have privacy. When renting one of the rooms, we allow access to common areas that are shared between hosts and other guests. WE DO NOT HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING.
