Vacation rentals with a patio in Moss Town

Great location and place to stay while visiting Exuma, Very clean and lots of space for the two of us or more. Convenient area to walk to splash bar across the street or to Jolly hall and enjoy the beach. Beach towels/cooler/sunscreen was also available on hand to make the most of our beach days. Clinton was very responsive and accommodating for any needs or questions. I will definitely be booking with Clinton again when returning to Exuma.

Would definitely come back and stay at Kenyon’s place. His place was great and he is always around if you need anything. Easy to communicate with about local restaraunts or places to go. Stores are real close by for small needs like snacks and drinks. If you need any extras for the olace Kenyon will provide it for you. Will be back to stay.

Bella’s place was beautiful, the photos did no justice everything is modern. Felt like home away from home . You must book this place I highly recommend.

The unit was spotless, modern and very comfortable. It is centrally located and close enough to George Town. I will definitely be back!

Ken is a super host.. He took time out of his schedule to guide us to the location, because it was our first time in Exuma. His Airbnb was beautiful, was everything we expected and more!! Ken, even did check ups to see how we were doing every day on our trip, was super helpful in recommending places to go and eat. I would recommend his place anytime! Hope to see you soon! My friends and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ingrid’s beautiful Airbnb in Georgetown, Exuma over the weekend, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we could tell we had chosen the perfect place. Ingrid’s home was not only spotlessly clean, but also fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — it honestly felt like a home away from home and so peaceful. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location could not have been more perfect. We were just minutes from the airport, which made arriving and departing incredibly convenient, and we were right near the Regatta site, which was a huge plus since we spent a lot of time there enjoying the festivities. Being so close to everything made our weekend stress-free and allowed us to make the most out of every moment.

The Kite House was everything Stephen said it was. Beautiful home off the grid. Power and water worked great. Water at kitchen sink was fantastic! Island lost power one day due to a wreck, but this house never lost power. Wifi works great as well. Stephen was always very helpful and responded promptly when we had any questions. Cocoplum Beach is also gorgeous! The entire island is a must see! We stayed June 3-10. Weather and water was amazing! Truly at least 50 shades of blue and so clear when in it.

Our stay at Shangri-la was perfect! The house is lovely, clean and had everything you’d need. The screened in porch is perfect to listen to the waves and drink coffee in the morning or have dinner in the evenings. Our daughter loved playing in the sand. You really could just stay at the house and never leave! Crystal was extremely responsive and by complete chance we ran into the owner. She was lovely as well! We love Exuma, this was our second time coming to the island and we’d easily book the Shangri-la again! Thanks for the memories!

Gary was a very hospitable and friendly host. The unit was exactly as described. The lane from the main road to the rental could use some work but this is not Gary's responsibility. The area was very private and well kept. There was an outside hose that we could use to rinse off beach sand and salt water. Very nice deck with a couple of chairs. Heat pump in the unit was very good at cooling down the lower level however, the loft bedroom took a bit longer to reach a comfortable temp. The kitchen is small but very functional. Lots of water pressure and hot water. We only had the large front (garage style) door opened once due to the wind but I can imagine that the large screened opening would be great on evenings with just a little breeze. A very short walk to a beautiful beach. We were there the last of March (2025) and the first week in April and it was a bit windy with high surf while we were there but you can't control the weather. We had the beach to ourselves for the most part.

Stayed at Trevor's place for a week and it was a wonderful experience! Everything was new, clean, and not only was the area absolutely gorgeous, so was the place! The beaches in exuma are a need to see but one could even stay just at the Airbnb with the small private beach. One of our favorite parts was the bathroom having two shower heads! Hands down would love to stay there again! Hosts were very accommodating.

The home itself is basic and as described. There were nice sleeping spaces with comfortable beds and the upstairs kitchen stocked with what we needed for a couple days and plenty more. If you are looking to hang out inside with a large group this may not be the place for you because the furniture & living spaces are small. However, the outside space is spectacular! The co-host, Char was very friendly and helpful prior to and upon arrival. She even contacted a bit later to check in and verify we had everything we need. Back to the outdoor space…there was snorkel gear for the family as well as paddle boards & kayaks for our use. The decks, landscape, sense of privacy, and outdoor space were all nice and well-maintained. We enjoyed using the fire pit bbq to make dinner one night. Whether you are experienced at snorkeling or not I encourage you to grab a mask or goggles, go in the water and check it out!! I felt like I was swimming in a tropical aquarium just outside our back door!

It is located in Little Exuma in the area where there is almost nothing. House in the tranquility of Barraterre beautiful and has just been renovated all new . Equipped with everything you need It is built on two floors with 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) each with bathroom A shared bathroom Small but fully equipped kitchen x 4 She also provided us with water and drinks in the fridge. Mirrored Ground Floor. There's a place with a washer dryer and all detergents Outside 4 sun loungers for relaxation. Very windy at night but I don't know if it's the time Jenny(the wife)was always available for anything(she also helped us with excursions)and one morning she cooked us the typical Bahamian breakfast. I'd be back in a hurry! Terrace with a view of thewater

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!

Terecita's place is well thought out. It is clean and comfortable with everything you need. The complimentary toiletries, drinks and snacks were very thoughtful. Thank you. I look forward to staying here again.
