Beautiful calm place at the beach; winter & summer

A norwegian restored beautiful place just near the sea and a sandy beach. Both nice in the winter and summer, fireplace and warm inside the little coy house. Nice hiking possibilities, a resturant and ice cream near by. It's outdoor furniture, lanterns and plants outside. I want to let my house to a calm and tidy couple who will take good care of my place and things. And take care of the garden!! Gamle bilder, nye kommer. Ny terrasse og inngjerdet tomt og parkering. Our beautiful house is located in Moss, about 45 minutes south of Oslo. Our neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with lovely nature just outside the door. There are several beaches nearby, one 2 min away. The stunning view with a big deck overseeing the lake makes the stay extraordinary! The pool is renovated in 2020 and is now heated for your comfort. Why not go for a swim, go fishing or take the canoe out for a paddle and explore the big lake Vansjø. You may also rent our boat.

Velkommen til vår sjarmerende byvilla fra 1920 i et historisk villastrøk i Moss sentrum. Her bor du i et rolig område kun en spaser- eller sykkeltur unna strender, kafeer, butikker og togstasjonen. Huset er vakkert og romslig, og i haven er det flere sittegrupper, et drivhus og en pergola. Villaen har 4 (5) soverom med komfortable senger, stort kjøkken, spisestue, stue med peis, bibliotek, bad og toalettrom. Dere får tilgang til en voksensykkel og et par barnesykler.

Our masonry villa anno 1827 is one of the historical buildings in Moss. We offer a superb down town location within walking distance from the airport express bus and 900 meters (0.55 miles) from the railway station. 4 bedrooms (9 if you rent both buildings), garden, parking, two lounges, a dining room and a small orangery. The house is fully refurbished to modern standard with all amenities. Please note that the house regrettably is not wheel chair accessible.

Et stille og rolig alternativ der du er nesten nederst i en blindvei. 40 meter fra havet, med utsikt helt over til Vestfold. Overbygd terrasse med varmelampe, gassgrill og ikke minst spabad. Saltnes er kjent for sine fantastiske solnedganger, og her får du tribuneplass til å nyte både fra spabad, under tak på terrassen eller fra sofaen godt surret inn i et pledd. Vi har også kyststien ikke langt unna, som gir mulighet til flotte turer i den fine bygda vår.

Vi leier ut vår idylliske sommerhytte som ligger i hytteområde Fuglevik. Hytten er moderne og funksjonell og har opp til 6 sengeplasser. Hytten er 200 meter til strand og marina med uteservering. Svinsesund med muligheter for harryhandel er kun 50 min med bil unna. Stedet mitt er nærme Hav Strand Marina med sommerservering Kiosk Sverige
