Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

The bedroom is located on the second level of the house. The bathroom is right next door and is reserved for you. We will be discreet in order to prioritize your comfort. The attic room has a 140*190 be ; note new EMMA mattress - 03/2023, a wardrobe to store your belongings. Bed linen and towels are provided. Accommodation appreciated by people looking for simplicity. Breakfast will be prepared for you at a time that suits you and served in the dining room. Please specify this upon arrival.

We are Hans & Eric. The B&B suite is located in our house on the ground floor (see photos), surrounded by forests with fantastic views! Our wellness facility includes a heated (mid-May to mid-Sept depending on outside temperature) swimming pool and jacuzzi with panoramic views. Please note: Swimming pool and Jacuzzi can only be used under certain conditions. Basse Bois is located 5 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. We speak Ducht, German, English and French. The house is 5 minutes from the town center of Ingwiller. You will find all the amenities, bakeries, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, shops. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. We are in the heart of Hanau country in the Northern Vosges. You can discover the museums, walks, gourmet restaurants or the Bouxwiller Christmas market. You can also get to Strasbourg easily by train in 30 minutes and Saverne in 20 minutes.

Private parking in our course. Possibility to put bicycles or motorbikes in the garage.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the house and has a bathroom, large kitchen, living and dining room as well as a spacious bedroom that is separated from the living room with a curtain. From the bedroom and living room you have a wonderful view of the castle and the panorama of Cochem. You are also within walking distance of Cochem city center in just a few minutes.
