Herve is very pleasant and always ready to help. Everything matches the description and even more. There are many additional options that are not described. Such as bicycles, a table for playing table tennis and so on. A magnificent view. Among the disadvantages - the chalet was clean, but apparently the cleaning was carried out after the last tenants and for some time the chalet was empty and the dust had settled. And so everything is great!!! Thanks again! For the first time I meet the owner, who in the absence of check-in on this day allows you to check out at any time and not at 10:00!!! 👏👏👏

I had a very nice weekend with my son and dog in Nohfelden. Apartment is small but nice and within walking distance of the bakery and lake. And conveniently right in front of it is a machine that can help you with everything you forgot for breakfast.

Accommodation was really great. A little clairvoyant but still fully in the frame. The surroundings were quiet, clean and everything very easily accessible on foot. We were there with a toddler and we took care of everything (crib, etc.) We will definitely go there again.

We had a great stay at Nicola’s place. We stayed with our dog and it had the perfect location. In two minutes you are at the walkaround path around the lake. Cosy little apartment in Bosen, we really enjoyed our stay!

good amenities, everything clean, fresh linens & towels.. the key box for check-in/&out very convenient because you are free of time, because we are usually late. also okay in terms of price. Peaceful location, no noise at night.

Great place for families near the lake. The amenities are super suitable for self-catering. Direct restaurants, ice cream parlors, nearby bakeries. Great hosts, friendly and proactive about communicating. Highly recommended!!

We were with a group of 14 people (adults , children and dog) at Wim and Julia's and were very warmly welcomed . The property is large and very nicely designed. The accommodation (the rooms, the kitchens, the living room and the restaurant) is very spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Wim knows about architecture and art and it shows in every corner. There were a lot of Ah's and Oh's during the tour. Wim can also conjure up really delicious salads, pizzas and desserts from fresh ingredients. Everyone agreed, "We haven't eaten anything this tasty in a restaurant in a long time." Our expectations were far exceeded. Many thanks to Julia and Tim for the beautiful and relaxing weekend.

We had three great days in the beautiful apartment. Everything was super clean and very nicely decorated. We didn't miss anything. It is centrally located and within walking distance of a bakery with a small cafe, several restaurants and Lake Bostal. In the evening we could relax wonderfully in the sauna (for which there were two types of infusions) and in the hot tub. Thanks to the quick check-in after booking, Nicolas saved our vacation, as our actually booked vacation home was a complete disappointment and we had to quickly look for a replacement. The communication was also great. Thank you! We will be happy to come back ☺️

We were at a private party in Arbach and needed a place to stay nearby. Wim has been very friendly and has taken a lot of time for us upon our arrival, although the house was fully occupied with a celebration during the day and at night. The room and bathroom were super clean, even the carpet in the hallway didn't show any signs of wear as you know it from hotels. An all-around perfect stay for us - Thank you Wim!

All communication was very friendly and accommodating. We could have moved into the room very early, but arrived later and were able to check in even in the absence of the owners. The room was very clean and beautiful. It has a good view of the small lake. Everything is very idyllic. The breakfast was very good with fruit, etc. and unbeatable value for money. Silvia was an amazing host, and we had a fantastic time at her beautiful house! We visited as a family of five to celebrate the Christmas period, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house was impeccably maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of to ensure a successful holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the living room was cozy, spacious, and perfect for spending quality time together. There were plenty of games available, which made our family moments even more fun. The bathroom was spotless and well-kept, which added to the comfort of our stay. We stayed with Julia and Wim over a weekend and felt very comfortable right away. The room was very nice and absolutely clean. We took advantage of the opportunity and took advantage of the excellent breakfast. This was also absolutely flexible and we could choose the breakfast time. We will definitely be back and can absolutely recommend this place!

Beate and Catalin were awesome hosts, always helpful and very kind. I spent more than two months at their place and they made me feel at home. The apartment is spacious, cozy and has everything one would need for a long stay.

Very friendly people. Everything neat and cared for. Nice that we were near a beautiful lake with boats and so on... Or could go to the Venen. Good bakery etc .. The loft was very safe as there was fire detection everywhere. The walls and ceiling are very thick. So we also didn't hear any disturbing noise from the street or upstairs neighbors. Parking right in front of the door. Free ;)

Premium stay in a beautiful well-equipped and clean house and in a beautiful lakefront environment. Very peaceful, except for the many walkers by the lake who necessarily pass in front of the house. The price can be justified given the beautiful services offered . The owner is very responsive and answers questions right away. A great stay 👍

We stayed as a family in this beautiful cottage close to all activities for kids and grown-ups. The place is soothing and the cottage met our expectations. Everyone was happy with this time away from everyday life. We recommend this place.
