This cozy "Shouse" (shop house) is located on a 136 acre farm. Guests have a view of a working horse ranch with horses, a mini donkey, a pony! The “Farmshouse" is decorated in French Country & Farmhouse Chic! Your host (Sheena) was a housekeeper for elite executives in the area for over 10 years. I am very meticulous and can guarantee a beautifully clean and comfortable stay. Farmshouse has new kitchen & carpet! We have recently added a new covered porch with patio table, chairs & barbecue!

WSU and downtown Pullman are all within a walk or short drive, and a 5 minute walk will get you to Rosauers grocery store, Starbucks, and other local restaurants. After a fun filled day visiting with family & friends, touring the campuses, working, or exploring the Palouse, unwind on the patio or next to the fireplace, while enjoying all the space and privacy the apartment has to offer!

This is a comfortable & fully equipped lower unit of a duplex to enjoy your time in Pullman. You will appreciate the home for all it offers as you enjoy "the mega deck" during an autumn evening or the gas fireplace in the cozy living room on a winter night! It's perfect for WSU football games & Family Weekends, graduations, etc. If you need more space for your gathering, check out the upper unit as well - The View House 1. Come rest and recuperate in this freshly renovated little spot in Moscow! Set in the heart of Spotswood street, the house is only a half mile from cultural downtown Moscow and close to many excellent restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a 4 minute drive (25 minute slow walk) to the University of Idaho’s Student Union Building, and a 20 minute drive to Washington State University.

Little Green Guesthouse is a 1-bedroom cottage on a tree-lined street in a friendly neighborhood just a couple blocks from downtown Moscow. Beds include a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The house most comfortably accommodates 2 couples but will work for a group of 2 adults and three children
