Silence is required because there are neighbors everywhere. After 10 p.m., the Jacuzzi is prohibited. Parking is free around the building. Private parking is available for rent. The tram stops in front of the door and takes you to Central Station in 6 minutes. The ideal location to visit Antwerp. The Sportpaleis, Trix, Bosuil, are all within walking distance.
