This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Relax in the jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a sunset view from your own patio outside this unique eco-friendly suite . The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Chill in a hammock and enjoy veggies from our organic garden or kayak the bay. Plug-In for Electric vehicles. 3pm Self-check in. 5-point Covid cleaning protocol. 28 day max stay per California law.

Charming backyard cottage, quiet and private

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress.
