Located in Morristown just minutes from the boat launch where you can enjoy the St Lawrence River. Plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. Scenic Black Lake is only 6 miles away. If you enjoy golf and great food take a short 4 mile drive to Langbrook Golf course. If you don’t feel like cooking Bedrock Cafe and Spirits is 1/2 mile from the cottage.

Our stay at Blue Heron Lake House was simply wonderful – it was the perfect fit for us! The Thousand Islands proved to be a fantastic destination, and the guesthouse itself was clean, charming, and incredibly comfortable, with a picturesque view. What really stood out was that everything needed for a perfect lake experience was provided, including canoes and kayaks. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was Sylvia and her family. From the very first minute, they welcomed us with such warmth and joy that we felt like family members. Sylvia also repeatedly advised us on local sights and gave us valuable information, which made our trip even better.

Laurie was an amazing and thoughtful host. She was proactive in communicating with me before and during our stay. She was kind, friendly, and approachable, but was so on the ball that we didn't even need to ask for anything. Laurie definitely went above and beyond our expectations. The property was cute and in a beautiful area. The cabin and bathrooms were very clean, and supplied in a considerate way. If we visit the area again in the future I would be more than happy to stay here again!

Autumn's little bungalow was absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay during our daughter's graduation. It was only 30 min to SUNY Canton and a simple straight route I greatly appreciated not being familiar with the area. The view right on the river was beautiful even with the rainy/cloudy weather. The home was super clean and so welcoming. It was peaceful and serene. Autumn was quick to respond with any and all questions I had. Hopefully we will get another chance to stay as my daughter finishes her final year to graduate again with her full degree. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for any and all colleges in the area. Thank you again Autumn!!
