If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 people, please adjust the number of guests to 3 adults (selecting infants/children does not open the room as there is no charge for their stay) We are situated directly next door to Morpeth’s historical River Royal pub which offers a quiet atmosphere mid week and a social evening Fri/Sat (closes at 11pm)

Very modern brand new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property with all the mod cons including wood fire for those cold winter nights this property is situated on 150 acres of farmland. Gouig Cottage is only a 30 min drive to Newcastle and 40 min to Pokolbin.

Minimum 2 night stay Monday to Friday only. Weekends by negation if needed. Current damage to pool fence.

Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊
