You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Chic and cosy old house in the heart of the historic centre of Savigny-lès-Beaune right in front of the church of the 13th century . The two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet are separated by a floor. The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring. Good addresses are only 100m away: Le Chateau de Savigny, several restaurants, a grocery shop, the bakery and the wine producers of Savigny.

Features include a heated pool overlooking the vineyard and 2 outdoor dining terraces . The cottage is equipped for food and wine loving visitors and has secure parking on site. The house is not well suited for young children who cannot swim.
