There is a lovely small, private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing or working. We have solar backup and water tanks so generally we have no load shedding/water issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

It has TVs in both the lounge and main bedroom, with access to DSTV, Netflix, Showmax, Prime Video, and Apple TV. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, which is connected to the main bedroom, has two single beds, perfect for extra friends or family.
