Mount St City Studio - Unique pad with great Wi-Fi

Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).

Alma Apartment - easy access to airports

Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

The Standalone Granny Flat is at the back of the main house (main house is Grey in colour with a picture frame of Buddha) Please park vertical on the lawn area in front of the main house. Parking is only for 1 car. No cleaning charges guest to make sure to clean the unit before checkout and bins emptied.
