120 m2 house from the 1930s, redone while maintaining its original charm. It is located 1 km from downtown Morlaix. This family accommodation consists of 4 large bedrooms (new memory foam bedding +1 electric bed), 1 bathroom overlooking the Morlaix viaduct. You will find everything you need for children (high chair, bathtub, potty, stroller cane…). Its enclosed garden is equipped with a terrace with a 5-seater jacuzzi. It is equipped with an internet subscription with fiber optics.

Being east/west facing, with a view through, you will enjoy the sunset for an aperitif on the terrace. And south-facing for lunch and dinner facing the sea. Downtown and shopping on foot. Departure from the house on foot for beautiful hikes all around Carantec and/or to Callot Island.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
