Vacation rentals with a patio in Morgan County

Great place. These are the people you wish owned every AirBnB and other vacation homes in the world. Nice, friendly. Responsive and flexible. Available and present but not in your business. Place was super clean. Well maintained. Updated nicely with nice but not overly excessive appointments. Nice touches all over. Easy and safe parking. Easy to walk to Maryland Theater and surrounding downtown (1 block from Hub City Brewing was sweet.) When we return, I'll have no problem committing to the cancel policy because this would definitely be my #1 option.

This is a great apartment and I was able to walk around and it’s near the bike trail. I stopped as a halfway point between Baltimore and Pittsburgh, but am planning a longer trip where I can bike a part of the GAP.

Ashley, Neil and Jane were responsive, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and well-cared for during our three weeks in their rental. The unit is in a beautiful and peaceful location along the Potomac River and was spotlessly clean and well appointed and supplied. As other reviewers have noted, the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again and highly recommend the unit to others.

This is a nice little private apartment in downtown! If you’re looking to walk to restaurants, shops, etc while staying in a historical building I would recommend! Overall a great stay, and a very responsive and kind host

The space was very nice and full of light but also private. Very clean. Vi and her husband were great hosts and very responsive and friendly.

Nice and quiet place to stay Beautiful views

We had a great stay. Dylan's place was just right for two people hoping to explore Hagerstown and surrounding area. Neat and clean with amenities as described. The Oak Hills Historic District, right out the front door, has some beautiful houses circa 1900. Great walking loop. Just a mile away is the heart of downtown Hagerstown. We enjoyed several great restaurants and coffee shops. PorchFest was in swing when we were in town, a really fun music event on S. Prospect St. We also visited Hager House (Matt, the tour guide is excellent!), the Washington County Museum of Fine Art and City Park (both lovely), the Hagerstown Aviation Museum (another outstanding docent!), etc. An unexpected spot for good eats was The Grille at Runways at the Hagerstown Airport: great food with superior view of the runway. Further afield, there are many opportunities to visit quaint places and hike beautiful trails. Dylan was prompt in answering our questions and easy to get hold of. A great host.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at Ralph and Vera’s home. The home was spotless, comfortable, and the setting was so quiet and peaceful. Our children enjoyed playing on the playground area outside our space and there was also a beautiful gazebo on the property that could be used as well. The home was well stocked with any items you might need during your stay. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while stopping through on our way back home. Thanks to Ralph and Vera for a wonderful stay!

Perfect, charming, clean, orderly, quiet, & peaceful home away from home! Really, the pics don’t do it justice! The owners thought of everything to make it homey and relaxing - and we really appreciated that. Plus they were very responsive and helpful, too. Hubby, daughter & I brought our own stack of books to read, but we couldn’t help but read a few from the lovely library of books available in the home, too - which was a nice surprise. The screened in porch and nook in the master bedroom were perfect reading spots. :) Thank you to the owners for sharing your charming home! We loved our stay and will happily return next time we’re in need of a quiet, peaceful retreat to recharge our batteries!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s retreat. The home is spacious across both levels, making it perfect for our large family. It’s beautifully furnished-comfortable, tasteful and uncluttered. The kitchen is generously equipped. The massive deck is a real highlight. With plenty of seating, two heaters and a grill. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to connect with nature and truly unwind. Check-in and check-out were easy. The house is exactly as advertised- no surprises, just a great experience. This is a gorgeous, well-maintained home in a beautiful location. Our group included a mixture of adults and kids from three different households. There was plenty of room for us all to gather in the living areas and also more than enough seating at the dining room table. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and dishes and it had whatever we needed to churn out meals during our long-weekend visit. The back deck, which overlooks a breathtaking mountainous vista, is perhaps the most impressive part of the house. We enjoyed eating outside when the weather permitted and made use of the comfortable furniture to hang out and relax.

This was one of the most cozy, make-you-feel-at-home Airbnb’s that I ever rented. So thoughtfully curated. It had everything I needed to settle in. It’s the perfect spot for a stay in Berkeley Springs. Emily is very responsive and the house is adorable.

We loved this place! It was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location, right next to the road, is actually super convenient, as you don't have to navigate back roads like you might have to with other places in the area. The stream right outside the backdoor was super relaxing to listen to at night and to eat breakfast next to in the morning on the porch. You can't beat the price, and we're so happy we were able to bring our dog with us. Definitely check out Charlotte's Cafe in Berkeley Springs for breakfast!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming, pet-friendly Airbnb, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! The space was clean, open and spacious and filled with all the little touches that made me (and my furry companion!) feel right at home – from cozy bedding to a fully equipped kitchen. One of my favorite parts of the stay was how peaceful and relaxing the surroundings were. It was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The yard was a safe and fun space for my dog to play, and we both enjoyed walking around the pond each day. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient for exploring local attractions and pet friendly dining spots. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable Airbnb experience. Five stars all around!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had yet. Rana was extremely welcoming and responsive. We even left items and she messaged me to let me know and arranged to get them back to me. The home is immaculate, beautiful, charming, and had even more room than we anticipated. It was a perfect place for family dinner and game nights. I grew up in this area, so coming back is always fun, in addition to the handful of need to do things, like Creekside Market, Berkeley Springs State Park, Cacapon State Park, Lot 12 restaurant, The Naked Olive…. We had 8 people in our party and we were more than comfortable. I will 100% come back here!!

We stayed as a family of four (2 young kids, 6 and 1) as a little family getaway. Things we loved: - Beautiful location - We loved the hot tub was super easy to use and quite large (fits 7 adults) - The whole deck area. Was wonderful being able to grill and use the outdoor table to eat dinner. - The inside of the house is spacious and clean, and the high ceilings and many windows really add to the appeal, bringing in a lot of natural light. - Ceiling fans - Well stocked kitchen Minor areas for improvement: - main kitchen table which functions like an island is quite wobbly. Might be because it’s raised up to accommodate stools instead of shorter chairs. Found that fairly irritating to eat on, especially considering how nice/sturdy everything else was - Entryway mats would be nice to help keep the place clean when we walk in (both front door and from the deck) Overall had an excellent time and would highly recommend The Barn!

I was born and raised in Cumberland and have always been familiar with Washington St. Probably the single most beautiful street in Cumberland. Love did an amazing job describing the building and all the amenities and local attractions. We would definitely stay there again. What a beautiful building. I almost don't want to write a positive review because I'd like this condo to be available only to me. It was perfect! The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Easy ski in/out access, and perfect for a family that has some that stay on the slopes a little longer than others. We just hope this place will be available again when we visit next.

Taylor is an excellent host, great communicator and very welcoming. The place was absolutely clean, tidy and organized. We highly recommend Taylor and her place.

Very nice spot right off the mountain. Pretty short walk from the top of the green hills. Great if you have your equipment already! Living space was big enough to relax after the slopes. Comfortable bed and big tv.

Just what we needed after a long drive. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely appointed. The surrounding area is very safe and beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

This AirBnb hosted by Julie was perfect! The space was just what we needed as a little home base as we explored Harper’s Ferry and the surrounding area. Julie provided great recommendations in terms of places to eat. Would love to go back!

Alison's place is great if you value being walkable to Old Town. We prefer this over staying at the Wyndham Grand because of the separate room for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen is modern and fridge with a water filter is clutch. We didn't try to make any meals. Bed was clean/firm, HVAC was responsive, and lounge chair in the sitting area was comfortable. You can hear the train and street noise (especially cars w/o mufflers) at night, but I assume that's the case if you stay anywhere near Old Town.
