You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Located in the heart of the village and surrounded by the great vintages of Morey Saint Denis, the house was completely renovated in 2022 to welcome lovers of our Burgundy climats. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
