Folding stroller, baby bed and high chair on loan on request. 5 minutes' drive to the center of Baud and the 4-lane highway. 10 minutes' drive to Clos du Grand Val. You have part of the terrace with a table for outdoor dining and access to the garden.

Ideally located between Pontivy and Locmine, I offer this house in a quiet residence on Naizin. Designed and equipped for 4 people, it has a large, bright and spacious living room with lounge and dining area. An equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and dressing room and the 2nd with pull-out bed), a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It has an exterior of + 1000 m2. Our accommodation is ideal for couples, business travelers, and good for big groups. Large enclosed outdoor area: (+garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue). Many sports activities are possible nearby (hiking, horseback riding, tennis, cycling on the towpath along the canal from Nantes to Brest ...). Our accommodation is close to the beach (about 1 hour) and different activities suitable for families (amusement parks, tree climbs...)
