It is situated in a quiet area within walking distance of all city life. There is a park just 50 meters away with playground equipment for children and an outdoor chess board. To the north of the apartment, you have a north-facing view with seating areas. There are historic houses nearby, including examples of Art Nouveau, Neo-Baroque, and Neoclassical architecture.
