Cozy house on Norgårn

Stay in the middle of nature in Nor on Ammerön. We rent out our "little house" ( about 100 sqm) in the yard. There is a bed for 6 people, 5 single beds and a sofa bed. Simple kitchen. Lovely extension with corner sofa fireplace and TV, exit to the terrace. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. On the upper floor, there is another corner sofa and TV, 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 single beds, one of which can be easily changed to a double bed if you prefer. Proximity to Revsundssjön and possibility to put in a boat about 300 meters from the farm.

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in a turn-of-the-century house. Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 Bedroom 2: Bunk bed 140+90 cm Bedroom 3: Bunk bed 120+90 cm (Loft with 160 bed available on request) The cottage is excellent for those of you who want to be close to hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails (about 300 meters). The ski slopes in Skalet can be reached in a few minutes by car where there is ample parking. Fully-equipped kitchen and dining table for 8 people, two high chairs are available to borrow. NOTE! Charming old house in beautiful Grimnäs which is located at Revsundssjön. The house is modern but like all old houses it has its beauty errors. The house gives a lovely home feeling with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summer time. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice view. Nice patio with large lawn is available in the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cat has been in the home.

Modern and charming small home with large balcony and central location in Östersund. The apartment is located on the second floor with evening and afternoon sun. Total renovation was carried out in 2023, access to your own combined washer and dryer, in the kitchen there are all the necessities except a dishwasher. The apartment is located in one of Östersund's quieter areas but only a 5-minute walk from the city center.
