This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Newly built, modern, well equipped 30 sqm apartment with excellent sound proofing. The large room has two single beds 80cm wide, (can be put next to each other), tv, sitting area with sofa, dining area, a full kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine, drier and a cupboard. Free parking is included.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

I stugan på 15 kvm finns toalett, handfat, kylskåp, micro, porslin, kaffepress och vattenkokare för enklare matlagning. På altanen finns en gasolgrill. Underbar utsikt över vattnet. Sol hela dagen och magiska solnedgångar. Passar till två personer, och uppskattar du bastu och bad så blir det här perfekt. Ligger på ön Tranholmen dit du tar dig via färja 80 från Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via gångbro från Stocksund.

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

The house has three floors, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a spacious living room. Close to lakes, the sea, golf courses, and Djursholm Square with its restaurants and grocery store. It is also near Mörby Centrum, where you will find the metro, supermarkets, the state liquor store, and other amenities.

Fantastiskt bra läge i Djursholm med mycket bra kommunikationer vart du än ska i Stockholm. - Några hundra meter till T-bana Mörby C, Tåg till city var tionde minut! - 700 meter till Danderyds sjukhus som är en knutpunkt för många busslinjer. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

Private apartment, 2 rooms (one sleeping room, living room with sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen, own sauna, own entrance and your own corner in the garden. All in one of the nicer suburbs of Stockholm. Swimming in the see, golf or jogging in the woods. But still in central Stockholm in less than 30 min. with subway.
