Nice stay! The location is a bit remote, but therefore also nice and quiet. Kitchen was neat and clean and all cooking utensils wrong in good condition. All spaces are also clean!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in San Miguel, El Salvador. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, well laid out, and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed: strong WiFi, air conditioning, and a warm shower. The location is really convenient—just a short distance to the main street where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and local spots to explore. The drive to the beach was very doable, and we appreciated having secure parking for two cars right on the property. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Overall, it’s a private and comfortable home with great amenities in a convenient area. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great experience staying at this house in the heart of San Miguel. It was very easy to locate, elegant, and exactly as shown on the website. One feature we really appreciated was the extra bathroom in the kitchen—such a thoughtful touch! We felt safe throughout our stay. In fact, on our second night, we even felt comfortable leaving our truck parked on the street with no concerns. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive. We even did a FaceTime call to help locate the box for the garage (which was a bit tricky to find—though I might’ve just been tired from the trip!). Regardless, everything turned out amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay at this cozy apartment with my elderly parents. Douglas was super accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room with two TVs and Netflix. Although we didn’t get to use the pool, it was a nice amenity to have. I especially appreciated the location—away from the busy center of San Miguel, so it was peaceful and had easy access to the bypass. Would definitely stay again!

Good place to stay, close to shopping and restaurants, clean and quiet

This was exactly what we needed during our family trip. The home was very beautiful and spacious. The host were very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this home for anyone that wants to stay in Santa Rosa de Lima. There were many great restaurants nearby.

Playa negras is a perfect little beach that the locals keep clean. We traveled along the coast of El Salvador from Mizata to La Union and this was by far our favorite beach. Henry the housekeeper and his family are great, we just didn’t enjoy having to keep bothering them to open the gate to go in/out. It would be nice to have our own buzzer for the stay. Otherwise, it’s was great! We’ll be back :)

Very clean, had air conditioning throughout the home which is key for an American struggling in the heat. It had all of the amenities of America. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. I have stayed in several air bnb’s during my visits to El Salvador and this was the nicest and cleanest one I have stayed in.
