I was there one week. it was great experience for me. hopefully everyone will like this place to stay. Highly recommended.✅✅ I want to stay there some days again...

Janik’s place was absolutely the best. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen had all necessities. The bathrooms had all the amenities plus towels in all sizes. There was a lot of storage space in all the rooms & kitchen. The washing machine was very useful for a long stay. Even washing powder was provided (but we prefer liquid detergent so we got our own). In addition to the three main rooms there was a small extra room and an additional bathroom of a good size, which we didn’t know was there when we went. (We didn’t have to use this but shared the info in case someone is interested). All the rooms & the living room were very cheerful with windows facing outside & a lot of sunshine coming in, which I loved! The scenery was beautiful as it overlooked the Colombo golf course! It was very peaceful with the sounds of birds chirping & no traffic noise. The very best part was that the place was squeaky clean with comfy beds! Total value for money! Thank u Janik!

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. He was responsive and genuinely invested in making my stay seamless. Would I come back? Absolutely. Highly recommend Bryan’s place to anyone visiting Colombo. 😀

Very nice high rise apartment complex with 24hr security and front desk. Apartment is clean and all necessities were there. Easy to communicate and will come back again.

I had a great time at Thathsara's. I was at a personally low point during my stay there and not just Thathsara responded positively and actively to my every request, her parents stepped up to help too. Great place, great location, great people. Highly recommend.

Dons place is a very convenient location to lots of quick access eateries and fast transport options. The place is clean and tidy and as described. Will be back again during my next visit to Sri Lanka

This is my third time staying at Rehan's place. It's great. I'd definitely recommend to others. If I go back to Colombo, I'll try to stay there again.

I booked the place for my two children and they were very satisfied. Upon request the clear instructions were given and the contact number, too. Nearby Keels Supermarket helped them many ways. The place is neat and tidy. They did not have any problem during their stay. The security person is an additional bonus. Only thing is there is a nasty dog belong to one of the neighbours and it is worth informing them to shut the gate. Once my daughter had shut it as the dog was running towards her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay near Katubedda Campus. I might book the place again, as the place is walkable to my mum. I wish you all the best.

I had a great stay! The host was very accommodating, and the apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The building had good security, which added peace of mind. Overall, it’s a great place for a short stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

A gem in Panadura. This is a home away from home. Staff and the owner were very proactive with communications. Internet was fast and convenient for working remotely. This apartment is world class. Thank you Nadith and your staff for the enjoyable stay for me.

By far one of my best Stays . Host was extremely accommodating since he live on premise. The dwellings was clean and bed were extremely comfortable. Walking discount to Grocery store. Hot water . Host responded to all inquires in in minutes day and night. I have traveled to over 45 countries and will return here if my travels bring me back to Sri Lanka.

A fantabulous stay that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality. Will definitely be returning. The fully-equipped open kitchen is a culinary dream – every appliance and utility you could imagine was right at your fingertips The overall cleanliness and organization were simply top-notch. As a bonus, the gym access was a major plus : the equipment was well-maintained. An Absolute Gem.

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

Noel was an excellent host. Check in was a breeze in spite of our late arrival time. The apartment was fantastic in a great location as well. Noel was able to access us with a late check out as well which was greatly appreciated. We loved this place and highly recommended Noel as a host

Sumudu was always quick to respond to any of our requests, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. The location is very central, with plenty of grocery stores and shops nearby—ideal for anyone wanting to explore Colombo. The apartment features a spacious living room, ample bedrooms, bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. The rooftop pool and views are absolutely spectacular.

I booked this Airbnb for my sister's trip, and she had a wonderful stay! The communication with Yashodara was excellent from start to finish, making the booking process very easy. My sister found the place to be exactly as described, very clean, and comfortable. She really enjoyed her time there and I'm so glad I chose this spot for her. This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

The apartment is centrally located in one of the nicest areas in Colombo. Great shopping, food, amenities, parks all around with very easy access to some of the best malls in Colombo. The suit itself is amazing with two very nice swimming pools, a large fully equipped gym, free access to pool tables and a nice cafe. The apartment itself is clean and felt luxurious. It is one of the best stays I've had in a long time. Benjamin is an excellent host. He was very responsive and even cleared up a small issue which came up due to a severe storm in Cololmbo. The apartment is build very well and was barely affected by the shock weather, so safety standards were clearly very strong.
