This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

Karl and his wife have been lovely! They even had a very nice touch for us. They offered us access to the pool and use of the barbecue, the accommodation was as shown in the photos (or even better), everything was clean and in a privileged residential area. Free parking on the street. In short, it is a place that I recommend 100% and where I would repeat! :)

The apartment was great – super clean, modernly furnished and very well equipped, including things useful for the beach. High-quality equipment and furniture, all refined in every detail. The swimming pools on the property are clean, with crystal clear water – a great experience. The host is very nice, polite, committed and in constant contact – you can feel that he really cares about the comfort of the guests. We had a great stay in Geert's accommodation. Nicely furnished, welcoming atmosphere, kitchen well equipped, BBQ outside, above all superb views. All in a good shape. We arrived at a nice and clean apartment with a fantastic location. The photos do not do justice to the view! Easy check-in and check-out, the host is very flexible. The apartment is in a beautiful area with several good restaurants. No noise and the beach promenade was not very busy. A fantastic place we would love to come back to!

I can recommend the accommodation without reservation. It is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also very close and the tram connection to the center of Alicante is also very good.

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the hair dryer with diffuser, the bathroom products and the detergent available for the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, always attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super close beach and you can make a route through the villages of the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Beautifully tastefully decorated apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the ad. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town center. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment with Valentina as a host to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Great place to stay! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped – both the kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was the location – close to shops, the beach, and the city center, so everything was within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The windows offered a beautiful sea view, which we really enjoyed. An additional advantage was the private underground parking located just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside was that the bedrooms face the street – at night you could hear some traffic noise, which might be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers. Other than that, the apartment met all our expectations and we would gladly stay there again. Best regards!

A nice and pleasant stay. Very quiet too, especially sleep. Everything is fine and top pool, but not heated. One should keep in mind. Also possibility to use laundry room, in short everything like at home. Close to downtown Moraira, albeit by car. Barely 5 minutes. But if sporty also accessible on foot:) Birgit an Anastas are top hosts ! :) 😀

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described with Kelli being so helpful and welcoming in her messages ahead of our stay. Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Unbelievable place to stay, we had two kids with us and they loved it, the pool area is so well thought out and safe for toddlers, all the edges are rounded, there is a shallow pool and the full pool area is fenced of with one lockable gate. Brilliant views from the amazing roof terrace. We didn’t have a car but we just down loaded a local taxi app which took us into town for 10 euro. Would great for two couples as well. We will definitely be going back!

The location is excellent and the penthouse is wonderful, just as it was in the photos and descriptions. We really liked it, we will definitely return if we come to Denia again.

Fantastic modern apartment. Spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the terrace, view and pool. There is some construction in the area but it wasn't intrusive whilst we were there. I would recommend a car to get around. We had a problem with the air con but the company were very responsive and helpful, sending someone round straight away to sort it out.

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it wasn't right in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we will be happy to come back!!
