Car not essential if not plan explore nearest villages. Very usefull villa in good location, with extra kitchen outside ,extra toilet outside, extra shower outside, it's allow to keep inside villa clean as much as it possible. Parking bit tricky under canopy but nothing wrong with it. Many thanks to owners for welcoming.

Fabulous villa in very quiet area, perfect for our holiday. Maria was an excellent friendly host and very proactive at all times in her contact with us. The villa was spotless and the photos didn't do it justice, the kitchen was really great to eat and cook in. The bathrooms were lovely too and the downstairs shower was so nice and spacious. Wonderful large pool which was very clean and well maintained. All in all one of the best airbnb properties we have stayed in and would love to return if we are in that area again.

We fell in love with the villa as a family with two small children right away, everything was very clean and neatly modern kitchen with a lot of dishes, you felt right at home and we were also provided with plenty of towels. In addition, we were also allowed to use the whole beach stuff, we don't need to speak at all warmly and totally nice. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor barbecue, we will definitely come back no question. The villa was perfectly not far from the center and the mall yet in a very clean and peaceful neighborhood.

We had a really lovely stay at Maria's house. Maria was really accommodating with our late arrival and late check out which was so kind. Maria was very responsive and always available for questions. The beach is only a 10 min walk and there are some shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. There is a cupboard with games and kids toys which was very useful and thoughtful. Overall we had a really wonderful stay here! Thank you :) A few things to note: - The garden and pool are shared with another house, there is a private dining area outside which is a really nice space and gives you some privacy if the pool is in use. - There are no pool/beach towels provided, so make sure to pack your own! - There is no BBQ use allowed unfortunately. - The third bedroom (sofa and single bed) is actually attached to the main bedroom (double bed and cot), and there is no door/privacy between these two rooms - it's OK for parents and kids but a bit difficult if sharing with couples/other adults.

We had a wonderful time with our group at this place! Communication with the host was absolutely outstanding from the beginning – we always got answers very quickly and felt well taken care of at all times. We would like to highlight the many helpful recommendations that made our entire trip even better. A very special highlight was Carlos' recommendation as a private chef: He prepared a fantastic dinner for us right in the accommodation – a culinary feast we will never forget! A huge compliment to Carlos – and of course to the hosts who made this unforgettable evening possible. We would highly recommend this place (and Carlos!) and will be happy to come back!

Wonderful house with every detail. In which the passage of time is kept as an essence without sacrificing modernity and enjoyment. Highlight Carlos and especially Tonny who is the person who received us, showed us the house and took care of us so that we didn't lack anything at any time. Completing a stay of ten. The house is fantastic, the pool and play area for the kids in the garden are perfect for the little ones, the house is very comfortable and with very nice sea views. It has many different living areas and all of them very well cared for. The owners were very friendly and communicative. We were very comfortable. It is a 100% recommended accommodation.

Very spacious house and with many amenities, air conditioning, TV in the rooms, washing machine, dryer,... Large swimming pool and fantastic Jacuzzi. This is a great house for large families.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house in Calp! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the sea and the surrounding tranquility. The house is spacious and clean. The garden, terrace and private pool are real havens of peace where we were able to fully relax. The house is well-equipped and the warm welcome from the hosts made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home for a relaxing holiday under the Costa Blanca sun. We will come back to it without hesitation!

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's house. It's big enough for 12 people with spaces for each . The landscape and the outdoor kitchen are a real plus. However, we regret the lack of black-out shutters in the upper bedroom as well as air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. Maria is a pleasant and very responsive host.

Our days staying at this villa were fantastic!! Take care of every corner of the house, impeccable cleanliness and order and a spectacular terrace. I would repeat this stay without any hesitation.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! We stayed at Sarah's Villa and it was magnificent. The villa matches the description and is extremely clean and equipped. Sarah was exceptional in resolving our needs on the fly. Highly recommend

Our stay at the house was fantastic. The house is super comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation: it has two spacious living rooms, full kitchens, games for children and very comfortable sofas. But what surprised us the most were the beds and pillows, completely new and very comfortable, something unusual in a vacation rental. The owner's attention was excellent from the first moment, providing us with useful information about the area and all the details of the house. He was always attentive and available for any questions. In addition, he was kind enough to immediately send us some AirPods that we forgot in the house, which shows his great attention and kindness. Definitely a fantastic house that we'd love to return to.

It is a comfortable house, in a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing. The pool is a delight and suitable for people with mobility difficulties, with stairs and railings. The beaches and town are pretty close. Lola has always been attentive to our needs. If possible, we'll do it again.
