You live quietly - in the middle of the countryside - and yet you are just a few steps across the beautiful Schlossplatz in the city center with many small shops and restaurants. The harbor with bicycle and boat rentals, the swimming pool with a large sauna area, one of the most beautiful cinemas in Germany, the walking and cycling paths along the canal and through the surrounding fields and pastures are right on the doorstep.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
