Extremely grateful we found Richard and his lovely home to stay in. He was very easy to work with, super responsive, and accommodating. My husband was having surgery at Sanford Hospital and the home worked perfectly as it is ½ mile down the street. The neighborhood was safe, and the house was well stocked and comfortable which was needed post procedure. The location was central to the park, restaurants, shopping, NDSU and also the airport. Highly recommend. Thank you Richard!

Marc’s home was perfect for an extended stay for my family. Beautiful neighborhood, walkable and close to our family home. It has been tastefully updated with all that we needed to start and end our day.

This was a great place to stay with some extended family while everyone was in town for a wedding. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Adam was a great host, very accomodati by and responsive.

Nice newer home in a new development. Very nice to walk with our dog on sidewalks and look at all the new homes in a lovely neighborhood. Drive to downtown and shopping not bad at all. Comfortable and would stay again. Contacted Dani about check in and checkout out and she was very nice and responsive.

This historic home is located within walking distance of downtown Fargo that has great restaurants, coffee shops and boutique shops. Within the home are interesting, varied and fun memorabilia from days gone by. The main floor is especially comfortable, in that it has been very nicely renovated, with a great kitchen, family dining table and area, TV/sitting area and half bath. The kitchen has all needed items to cook family meals.

We spent a long weekend at Sheldon’s place and enjoyed our stay. It’s in a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood close to the river. Also close to downtown Fargo and a quick drive to major shopping areas. The ground floor apt. is in an older home with lots of character and miscellaneous antique wood pieces. The fresh flowers were a nice touch! The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable, linens were clean and the shower water pressure was great. Would stay again!

The place was spotless and in a fantastic location. It had plenty of space for our group of six adults, two kids, and two dogs. Parking was easy to find, and having access to the garage was a great bonus. We also appreciated the ample supply of sheets and towels. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Satta’s home! The home is spacious and situated in a quiet, seemingly safe, neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze and the amenities suited our needs overall. It seemed the floors had been overlooked in the last cleaning; however, Satta was very understanding about this and offered to refund half of our cleaning fee. Great spot and accommodating hostess!

Very comfortable stay in Fargo. We stayed for 8 days while our kids were wrestling at the Fargodome. The home was centrally located. There's a Walmart down the street and lots of restaurants in the area. The home was pleasant. Very well stocked with laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and plenty of towels. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was great. We cook alot so all the pans, extra seasonings, and kitchen aids were great! Ryan was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

the home is very large and comfortable kwith all the amenities we needed for our week stay in Fargo visiting family. Quiet neighborhood centrally located near everything we needed.

The house is perfect for a large group. Huge kitchen and So much space for sleeping etc. The weather wasn't great when we were there, but the back yard and deck would be super nice if it was. Still used the BBQ. Really nice to have the Garage with counter space, hot tub (clean!), and ping pong. It's a perfect set up for your large group. Plenty of room to eat together, play cards, hang out etc. Nice quiet neighborhood. Kids were happy playing ping pong, pool, and watching movies. Lots of linens, extra bathroom and kitchen supplies. Everything was clean and taken care off. It is an easy location to get to and pretty easy to get to other places in Fargo where nothing is really centrally located! Great detailed instructions on appliances and how to work things. Minimal checkout requirements. We had a great stay and appreciated having room for our whole family to be together.

Anthony was very responsive and went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable. this place is really cool . the hot tub is what dreams are made of !!! and the coffee corner was soooo perfect and delicious this morning

We had a wonderful time spending Easter weekend with family. it was less than a mile to the freeway in a super cute neighborhood. We walked a mile to the Mall and a quick 9 min drive to downtown. the Hot tub & ping pong table were so nice. We had perfect weather so sat out in the sun on the back patio. Daniel was a great host and we appreciated staying here versus last year we went to a hotel. This home was great and well stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen untesils and everything to make it a great weekend! We will return!
