Uptown Museums/Restaurants/Bars (20 Min.), Concord Mills Mall/Premium Outlet Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway (30 Min.) and Crowders Mountain State Park via major Interstates (I-85, I-485, I-77).

Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. With a one time fee of $50. The suite is not suitable for larger dogs. Only one pet please.

The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.

416 Mid-Mod is a private, lower-level getaway in a modern and centrally located home in Charlotte's Wesley Heights neighborhood. The entry is tucked behind a gate and down a paved, well-lit pathway. The exterior space is appointed with a Weber grill, outdoor dining set, and fenced in yard. Inside, guests will enjoy a queen-sized bed, 50" Roku TV, dining set, comfortable chair, bathroom, and a kitchenette/walk-in closet.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
