I LOVED Phill's place! It was exactly as described, safe and walkable neighborhood with gorgeous views. Super quiet for the most part, you can hear the birds and wind chimes when sitting outside on the patio. The indoor space was clean and well maintained. I was very comfortable here. The garden is also lovely, I was able to try some of the fruit and veggies fresh from the source (so good!). I would absolutely stay here again.

I loved my stay here at Mary’s place, and especially enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the sunset. Mary was a kind and courteous host and her space is private, comfortable and has everything you need to cook if desired. My only con is that you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around quite loudly, and sometimes very late at night. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, a perfect location to relax and explore the city, especially close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park and Echo Park.

Our place was clean, welcoming and check-in was seamless. Great area with plenty of restaurants, shops, walking spaces to explore and hiking close by. Would stay again!

A perfect home with an amazing view, Maile would check in if anything was needed very communicative and friendly, very clean and everything you needed was in there, I had brought my own utilities but was no need for that, and always had hot water and A/C working perfectly fine and the view was my favorite part of the whole stay!! Would stay again!!

One word, y'all...... laundry!!!! 😍😍 This spot was perfect for my stay. Bed was comfortable, kitchen and laundry were great, they even had adorable hotel style shampoo and conditioner etc. It was everything I needed.

What a joy to be guests at Matt and George's ranch! We were evacuees from the Eaton Fire and had had to move around to a few different places as we dealt with the aftermath of the fire, three of them different Airbnb rentals. When we arrived at the ranch, the clear self checkin instructions and George's constant communication with us made us feel like he was at the door to greet us personally....which he did, a few days later, with the most welcoming smile and genuine caring. Thank you, George! The property was a wonderful refuge: The house itself is a very spacious and well laid-out place where we felt right at home and felt we could comfortably spread out a bit. The best part, though, was the beautiful, enclosed back yard with plenty of seating and open green space, as well as with a big children's play area. We loved having breakfast outside on the deck. We also had a chance to go exploring on the rest of their property and enjoy the calm of natural surroundings.

Shev’s description is accurate, this home does not feel like an Airbnb. It feels like the home of a very chill, well-off uncle who travels & collects art most of the year & lets family stay at his incredible place. The view, the vibe, the location, the architecture are all a dream. The art, including a collection of Sister Corita Kent prints, is wonderful to spend time with, as are the furnishings that complement the mid-century period of the home. The collection of art books and folios is reason enough to just spend your vacation curled up in the library looking at the Neutra retrospective & fashion designer collection. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfortable. Visit Porto’s bakery and Elena’s restaurant in Glendale, or take a short drive to so many cool neighborhoods. I’d have loved more time at Shev’s place just sitting on the deck or in the library. I hope to go back someday.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

Although Buena Vista Street is busy you won’t hear the traffic noise in this cozy one bedroom house. The house is nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, full bathroom with a walk in shower. The heat pump/mini split heating and cooling system worked flawlessly. The kitchen was complete with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. I never had a problem parking. As a matter of fact I was able to park in the exact same place just to the right of the driveway. Be aware that there is no parking every Thursday from, I think, 10:00 till noon. There are plenty of signs posted on the exact time on Thursday that cars must not past. You can easily park across the street during that time. There is a Ralph’s Supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy about a mile away and you’re less than half a mile from I5. All in all a great two week stay. I felt so comfortable at Vardan's home. The amenities were wonderful, I loved the welcome gift (such a lovely touch), well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, bathroom was functional and attractive, I enjoyed sitting out back and hearing the birds. No traffic to distract me from my work and having my own driveway was great. I felt safe and having the driveway made unloading and then loading up of my vehicle when I left and also brought in groceries so easy. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I stayed in this little home for 2 months after the Eaton fire. The accommodations were as described and the host was very responsive, including when we had an internet outage and when we needed to extend our stay. The backyard was a highlight, and despite being next to a fairly busy street was very quiet. Neighbors on the block are very friendly and it’s a nice neighborhood for walks.

Wow! This is the most lovely AirBnB I have ever stayed in! It was gorgeous and had everything I needed and more. It had an overly generous kitchen, with a milk frother, a clean kettle, cutting boards, all kinds of glassware, mixing bowls everything was clean , tidy and organized. .. The couch was super cozy, dining room was large and loved the open floor plan in this historically charming cottage. The office even had yoga mats that we did not get a chance to use… all in all it was very thoughtful. Loved that we were able to do laundry and the abundance of clean towels and washcloths. Bathrooms were nice and spacious, and the bidet was an added luxury. Gorgeous view of the trail and we loved unwinding and loosening up our muscles in the jacuzzi. Pool was lovely although we didn’t get to use. I hope I can be back soon.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.
