The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

It is exposed to the west and allows you to enjoy a very pleasant evening even when the weather is uncertain! Due to the configuration, our house is not suitable for children under 10 years of age (safety).
