27 m2 studio in a villa. Composed of the living room/bedroom (sofa bed), a kitchen, a bathroom with large shower with water jets (you can fit 2 ;-)...) and separate toilet. Located in the quiet residential area of Saint-Césaire, a 3-minute walk from the T2 Tram-bus parking lot (direct connection CV, 15 min Arènes) and 12 minutes from the Carémeau University Hospital. Easy parking in front of the villa. Swimming pool (shared with the owners), meals can be taken in the garden.

The house has a full American kitchen (fridge, induction cooktop, ovens, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.) with a table and 4 chairs.

Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.
