This charming stone cottage has been freshly and fully renovated, with 300 m2 of land. Ideally located, 5 min from Avranches, 20 min from Mont-St-Michel, 3 min from the A84. Sheets are optional at a price of €15 per double bed - €8 for single beds.

Guests can enjoy its large and pleasant garden, beautifully planted in the quiet of the countryside.

My little house is only a few km from the beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, the location is ideal for discovering Cotentin. It is located in the small peaceful town of Orval, it is a small townhouse. I have completely renovated it, it is ideal for a couple only. You will find all the amenities to feel at home. Unfortunately, it cannot accommodate animals.

This is a fully renovated 40 m2 vacation home, 130 m from the beach, comprising a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a first bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a second bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds (pillows, duvet and blanket for each bed), terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
