Situé au centre-ville de Saint Mard, vous pourrez profiter de nombreuses activités et balades en forêt (voir ci-dessous). Le Cosy est proche de plusieurs commerces : carrefour market, Tabac, boulangeries, boucheries, restaurants. La gare de Saint Mard se trouve à 7 min à pieds (ligne K).

Idéal visite: parcs attraction, CDG etc.. Notre studio a été conçu pour vous recevoir dans les meilleures conditions. Situé au sous sol du pavillon et complètement indépendant de celui-ci, le logement est adapté aussi bien pour un couple avec deux enfants que pour des personnes travaillant dans le secteur de manière occasionnelle. Le village dispose d'un Bar Restaurant "l'unique de la goêle" à 100m du logement. Situé en bordure de forêt l'environnement est paisible et propice pour se reposer.

Vous pouvez cuisiner sur place tout en profitant de Netflix, Amazon prime. Petite zone à proximité avec plusieurs restaurants ainsi qu'un Carrefour. Proche de Paris et de plusieurs zones commerciales et Parcs d'attractions. L'entrée se fait librement, possibilité de vous garer dans la cour.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Wszystko jest zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Bardzo spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, kilka minut od stacji kolejowej RER z której w góra 30 minut dojedziemy do centrum Paryża. Jest też ogród i Frédéric. Bardzo sympatyczny, z sercem na dłoni jak to się mówi w Polsce. Wspaniały człowiek i znakomity malarz. Może będziesz miał okazję poznać jego przyjaciela Slyde'a który jest równie wspaniałym, wesołym i miłym człowiekiem. Polecam to Airbnb.

Pobyt w domu Nathalie był bardzo udany. Powitał nas niezwykły i przytulny klimat tego miejsca i bardzo ciepła i przyjacielska atmosfera w relacji z gospodarzem. W pełni spełnił nasze wymagania jako osób które lubią artystyczny styl, ciepło i przyjazne nastawienie od innych ludzi, oraz zielone i spokojne otoczenie. Dojazd do centrum bardzo dobry. W tej cenie nie wyobrażam sobie znaleść cokolwiek lepszego!
