Close to the town center, a communal room, the exhibition park (15 min) and the center of Rennes (15 min), this accommodation consists of a room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs is a double bed, shower cabin and sink. A mattress can be added if the accommodation accommodates more than 2 people. There is no kitchen but there is a microwave, fridge and other utensils (plates, cutlery, etc.) at your disposal. All types of shops and some restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the property.

Independent accommodation of 40 m2 located in a quiet area, in the countryside. It is 20 minutes from Rennes, 1 hour from the sea (St Malo or Vannes), and a few minutes from Brocéliande. Hiking trails from the house. Parking just in front of the accommodation. Our house is located 50 m away if needed. Check-in and check-out times are flexible.
