Beautiful 33 m2 studio, separate bedroom, very recent equipped kitchen, 1 double bed 160, mountain/sea view, swimming pool, 1.7 hectare property, very quiet, superb panorama, hiking trails, 1 bathroom, 2 people, parking, in the middle of nature (Montferrer mountains), 10-15 min from all shops (Arles sur Tech), easy access, road in good condition, eggs from the henhouse and small jar of honey made at the Mas Can Ripe offered, 4-5° less than in the plain in summer. Village house, located in a place called can parterre 5min from Arles sur tech. The house has 2 bedrooms, a small outdoor courtyard, and a secure garage. Our animal friends are accepted at the rate of €5 per day per dog (payment will be made on site).
