Apartment vacation rentals in Montfermeil

Great one bedroom apartment with a beautiful terrace. It is located on the half way to Disneyland and Paris. The apartment looks as described and the photos. The host was friendly and helpful. The car parking is a bit challenging and narrow. The train station is close from the apartment.

The apartment is located on a cozy street, near the station, clean and comfortable. Samia is very friendly. We are grateful to Samia for the high level of service.

A small but very functional accommodation in a quiet residential area. The hosts are very welcoming and Marie is very proactive (she contacted me during the stay to make sure everything was okay). The accommodation is small so it's not the great luxury but everything is clean and complete. Note that the accommodation is at the heart of the guest house. This may bother some even if Marie and her family were discreet and very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. All essentials were thoughtfully provided — from bathroom and kitchen supplies to bedroom necessities. The host, Sonia, was incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable, which made the experience even better. The balcony view was a highlight — it was such a pleasure to enjoy dinner while overlooking the surroundings. The only minor challenge was that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so climbing the stairs could be a bit tiring. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay with a fantastic host — truly a memorable Stay! Thank you Sonia ♥️

Pape was great! very communicative and helped us with the check-in and proactivey checked in on us. pleace was great we felt right at home! the stove looked a little complicated but we were able to figure it out. Only downside I would say was it wasn't 15 mins to city center...we ended up taking uber and that took close to 45mins+. And we prefer cooler temps and since there was no air conditioner it felt warm at nights. Pape did offer to get us fans but we were there for only 2 nights so we managed!

We stayed three nights in this apartment and are very satisfied. It was easy to find and we could park for free on the street, which is ideal if you come by car, as we did. The apartment was spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host went smoothly; she responded quickly to our questions. For example, when we didn't know how the microwave worked, we immediately got a clear explanation. There is a possibility to travel to the city by public transportation, but we did not do that. For us, this was a bit too cumbersome because of the transfer. We chose to travel with Uber, which worked very well, there was always a quick Uber available. All in all a pleasant stay, especially if you love peace and don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. You get a large, clean apartment in a quiet area.

do not be put off by the slightly outdated appearance of the building because the completely renovated apartment is very comfortable and decorated with great care

Very nice. Beautiful place and really worth the price. It's close to a public transport station. We arrived late at night and it was very easy to get in. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheila's, loved the garden and the local area - recommend patisserie from Emma Khan, crêpe from La Malotte and pastries from Gaia. Sheila was very welcoming and the apartment had everything we needed, we look forward to coming back one day!

We had a great time in Raouf's place. The location is great as it's close to Paris and Disney on the RER A. there are plenty of restaurants and a shopping centre nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. Artuoro was on hand to give us local advice and even organised a safe transfer back to the airport. They couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.

Nice apartment in a quiet area. Very well equipped and everything very clean!!! There is an associated parking space in the courtyard. José is very friendly and always easily accessible. Overall highly recommended!

Honestly, this place is really great! The decor is beautiful, everything is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The jacuzzi is in a great location, and the veranda brings in beautiful natural light, it's really nice. I had a great time here, and I think I'll be back without hesitation. Thanks for hosting us!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Mehdi's apartment was exactly as shown in the listing, and definitely a one-of-a-kind as far as places I've stayed on Airbnb. The hot tub was delightful after walking around the city all day, and the view and the sunsets are as great as advertised! We had breakfast every morning at La Rose de La Puteaux right at the end of the street and it was on the way to the Metro stop. The grocery store is close and the convenience store at the main entrance has more than you would expect! If we come back to Paris again, just the two of us, we will definitely be back!
