Dolores, CO is located on the banks of McPhee Lake, 2nd largest lake in Colorado. Our house has recently updated interior, freshly painted inside and outside. Very cozy, comfortable and appealing. Grass lawns front and back with a brand new 8'x16' deck at the back door. The house is located less than 100 yards from the Dolores River, good fishing, swimming, kayaking and breathtakingly beautiful! Immediately emptying into McPhee Lake. Abundance of NF, bike trails, big game hunting!
