Vacation rentals with a patio in Montévrain

Nice space, quiet neighborhood, large kitchen, it was useful to have a washing machine, dishwasher, water fountain on the fridge. I would go back! Also loved the terrasse, the 2 seperate bathrooms, beautiful lighy coming through.

Mei Partner und ich waren froh das wir das Apartment genommen haben da es außerhalb von Paris liegt, also perfekt, um mit dem Auto anzureisen. Es gab eine Tiefgarage, in der wir das Auto parken konnten. Das Apartment war genau so wie auf den Fotos und wie es beschrieben ist. Der check-in und check-out waren super einfach es wurde genau kommuniziert wie es läuft und wenn man fragen hatte wurde einem sofort geholfen. Mit der Bahn gelangt man schnell in das Stadtzentrum von Paris. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Appartement très agréable très bien situé par rapport à l'autoroute et au rer

Logement impeccable, très fonctionnel où rien ne manque , la proximité des commerces indispensables ainsi que des restaurants tout est fait pour faciliter le séjour chez Sarah. Une adresse très utile que nous gardons très précieusement pour une prochaine étape! Merci à vous Sarah.

Nous avons séjourné chez Sabere pour un déplacement professionnel, l’appartement était à deux pas du chantier, ce qui est très appréciable. Il est très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare rer , d’un grand centre commercial et des restaurants. L’appartement est impeccablement bien tenu et très agréable, il est fonctionnel et bien agencé, tout s’est très bien passé. Merci pour les biscuits, cafés et bouteilles d’eau , c’est peut-être peu de chose mais c’est une attention très sympathique. Au plaisir d’avoir à revenir 😀

Je suis resté que pour un week-end, principalement utilisé le logement pour dormir (j'étais la plupart du temps à l'extérieur), mais le logement était dans un super état, facile d'accès, instructions clair, hôte très amical. Je recommande !

Het appartement is in een prachtig gerenoveerd pand. Het interieur is splinternieuw en brandschoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien, waaronder snel internet. Een minuut of zes bij de metro vandaan, waardoor reizen naar Parijs zeer eenvoudig is. De buurt wordt gerenoveerd, waardoor navigeren niet eenvoudig is. Echter, Hélène zorgt voor uitstekende uitleg, in combinatie met een plattegrond, waardoor de woning eenvoudig te vinden is. Soms is het gehorig, en krijg je rumoer mee uit de buurt en ook van andere bewoners in het gebouw. Hélène communiceert erg prettig en reageert binnen een paar minuten. Ze heeft een map in het appartement met allerlei handige informatie over winkels, restaurants, toeristische tips voor je bezoek aan Parijs en Romainville, etc. De woning en de verhuurster zijn top! Een fijne plek om te overnachten, een mooie uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Parijs, waarbij Hélène goed bereikbaar is en altijd open staat voor vragen en informatie.

Très bon hôte, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement correspond tout à fait aux photos et à la description. Je relouerais et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Un logement qui a répondu à nos attentes. Siham a été reactive et disponible quand nous avons besoin de renseignements pour préparer notre séjour et lors de notre arrivée. Super !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. We had a wonderful stay at Sabine’s beautiful home in Quincy-Voisins. It was the perfect setting for our family holiday. Sabine was there to welcome us when we arrived (despite it being late) and was so friendly and helpful throughout her stay. The house itself is so well kitted out and the decor is fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the Disney soft toys. The location is perfect and so easy to get to Disneyland (the bus stop is just at the end of the road). There is a bakery a stone’s throw away and a really great park for children close by. We really loved our long weekend and would recommend a stay at Sabine’s to everyone!

Hanifa est très réactive et arrangeante concernant les horaires d'arrivée. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé, par contre il ne convient pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite à cause des nombreuses marches et des escaliers (la maison est sur deux étages, on rentre par le sous-sol). Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et impeccables, ce qui est un gros plus. La maison est très bien placée, à cinq minutes à pieds de la gare RER et juste à côté des commerces. C'est très pratique de pouvoir garer deux (petites !) voitures devant la maison, comme le stationnement dans la rue est payant.

Un endroit parfait

A total 5* stay. From the offset, great instructions to get in - got videos by whataspp for each aspect, which was fantastic and made it easy to follow. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Child friendly, quiet, clean. Nice quality shower. Good kitchen. Good sleeping arrangements. Overall great stay and would recommend for sure. Took a cab to Disney from the apartment to save the little legs walking for when inside. But location wise definitely walkable. Also really close to the shopping and restaurants. Wish i knew the great shopping and would have stayed an extra night for that alone! :)

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. We had a great time, everything was very clean and tidy and the communication with Filipa was easy and quick! We were even able to check in a bit earlier which was very helpful with our 2 small kids, thank you again! The appartment is really conveniently located, just next to a boulangerie, a supermarket and some great restaurants. You can walk to the RER station to go to Paris or Disneyland.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb close to Disneyland Paris! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated as a family traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland Paris, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any families visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia en París. Aunque la casa está lejos de la ciudad, el metro está muy cerca y muy bien comunicado. La casa es muy agradable y tranquila. Cerca hay comercios y locales para comer o cenar. La comunicación con Yasmina ha sido siempre rápida y nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado.

We went to Paris for my daughters birthday & had a pleasant stay at Joaos place. It was peaceful & beautiful. We were very comfortable & felt right at home! Thanks again!
