We had a very nice stay at Francisco's place. The apartment is in an ideal location, with lovely views of the ocean. We really appreciated the terrace in particular. The building is secure, there is a parking space, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It also has great books and interesting decor. Francisco was communicative and helpful. All in all, we had a very good stay and would definitely return.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente, Claudia en todo momento estuvo pendiente, muy cálida y amable. La casa está tal cual las fotos, y en una zona tranquila y segura, nos permitió entrar un poco antes y salir después del horario. Nos informó sobre lugares cerca para hacer compras. Destaco la limpieza y prolijidad de la casa con todo lo necesario para pasar cómodamente y más. Las camas impecables y además nos dejó toallas para cada uno. Lo recomiendo 100 %

Very convenient space to spend 6 months. Easy to access beach, stores, bus, and friendly neighbors. Traffic noise during morning and evening commute hours. Mary and her family quickly responded to any questions or concerns. Yes we would stay here again.

Es la segunda vez que paramos en lo de Fio. El departamento es precioso, muy cómodo, muy bien equipado y con lindos detalles de decoración. Y lo que es importante, en la calle hay lugar para estacionar. El barrio es mi preferido en Montevideo, el departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la rambla y con acceso a todo tipo de comercios y restaurantes. Vamos a Montevideo a visitar familia y vamos a alojarnos en el departamento de Fio siempre que este disponible

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.
