A peaceful place to stay in Solymar, just a few metres from the beach and 10 minutes from the airport and Montevideo. Relax while being surrounded by nature. It is equipped with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a double bed in the common area; two more people can sleep on the three-seats sofas. Big pool, comfortable seats and hammock in the garden. Es un lugar muy tranquilo donde pueden disfrutar de su privacidad y relajarse. Ubicación perfecta para aquellos que disfrutan de la playa y de la belleza natural de la costa, ya que se encuentra a 300 metros del mar. Barrio tranquilo y muy bonito con todas las amenities necesarias a una distancia caminable. Es un apartamento al fondo de nuestro terreno, con entrada privada. Comparte con los dueños el portón principal que da a la calle. Tiene un dormitorio y patio privado con parrillero propio.

Private apartment at the back with separate entrance, steps away from the new shopping center, a good point to connect with the whole city. It's in the back, shared with my house, where our dog, Clara (an adorable Golden Retriever), lives. On the mezzanine is the bedroom with a 2-seater sommier and a 32-inch smart TV. Downstairs is the living room with windows to the back and a full bathroom. There is a covered barbecue next door that can be used, with the option of a cooking area.

A bright house with a garden with games, especially for families with children. In a quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Rambla, in Buceo, near W. Trade Center and Montevideo Shopping. Very good transportation everywhere. The airport bus passes by 2 blocks away. In addition to shopping, there are other supermarkets closer by, a pharmacy, museums, nice places to eat, and the Rambla, beautiful for walks and with its beaches. A place to enjoy and be able to study or work at the desk.

Mercedes is very nice, the treatment was very nice, her recommendations were very helpful. I liked the place, although the location of the room is strange, it is already in the courtyard and apparently antiquity is fine, it is quiet and spacious. The location is convenient to go to Pocitos beach that you can walk in 10-15 minutes, yes, it is not so close to the historic center but the bus stop is close, so there are shops and exchange houses nearby.

Totally delighted, a very pleasant stay, fully equipped stay, comfortable and cozy. Lizzie is a very friendly host and always ready to help with whatever you need, she, her lovely family and her loving pets will make you feel well received. Highly recommended.

Cristina and Coco are absolutely amazing. My 6 year old son and I stayed there for a month and we loved it! They looked after us so well !!!! We will definitely come back!!! I strongly recommend the place to anyone that loves a beautiful and peaceful home with an incredible garden, beautiful plants and great neighbors 😊 The pool is fantastic on a hot day and the beach is only a 7 min walk away. We will miss this spot and our hosts 🧡

The house Rosita offers matches the description of the photos posted. The place is surrounded by a beautiful and quiet garden, which makes the stay in this place very pleasant. The location is excellent with transportation, shopping and restaurants nearby, making your stay easier. It is also very close to downtown Carrasco. Its interior is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a satisfactory stay. It has air conditioning, which is essential in the summer. Rosita is a very friendly, attentive, concerned and willing person to meet any need. An excellent host and I would definitely stay at her place again.
