We had a very nice stay at Francisco's place. The apartment is in an ideal location, with lovely views of the ocean. We really appreciated the terrace in particular. The building is secure, there is a parking space, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It also has great books and interesting decor. Francisco was communicative and helpful. All in all, we had a very good stay and would definitely return.

I highly recommend it, great for a couple or a single guest, building with 24-hour concierge, facing the Rio da Prata, it looks like the waterfront of Rio de Janeiro's beaches, great for walking or exercising, very good internet, I worked peacefully, without any kind of inconvenience.

We stayed in the accommodation for 2 months as we came on an exchange from Spain. The house was perfect for our stay, it had everything, very spacious… Stefano is always available for any questions you may have and helps you with everything. An amazing host. We're so glad we chose that house for our stay. The location is very good, a few meters from the beach, with supermarkets very close by. It is a very secure zone.

Our experience was excellent, Claudia was always attentive, very warm and friendly. The house is just like the photos, and in a quiet and safe area, they allowed us to enter a little earlier and leave after the scheduled time. He told us about places to shop nearby. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the house with everything you need to be comfortable and more. The beds were impeccable and he also left towels for each of us. Very convenient space to spend 6 months. Easy to access beach, stores, bus, and friendly neighbors. Traffic noise during morning and evening commute hours. Mary and her family quickly responded to any questions or concerns. Yes we would stay here again.

The apartment is a cute one! The location is one of the best, we made the many sights of Montevideo walking! There are great bakeries nearby. My only caveat is the shower that has very low pressure.. to wash your hair is sad... Tirando that is all perfect ❤️

The building is old and well taken care of, located in the center of the city ontevten all close by, with the view from the window to the most important square in the city. the apartment is well equipped and large. the shower is very good.

This is the second time we've stopped by Fio's. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well-equipped and with nice decorative touches. And most importantly, there is room to park on the street. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very conveniently located, close to the Rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We're going to Montevideo to visit family and we're going to stay in Fio's apartment whenever it's available

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.

Great and safe location, spacious home with great view of the beach!
