It is located in the Punta Carretas neighborhood, one of the best residential areas in Montevideo and a few blocks from the sea. The apartment is located in a quiet area but with all the amenities very close: near Punta Carretas Shopping, a large number of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a laundry. Punta Carretas is a safe neighborhood with lots of transportation to any point in the city.
