Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Montevideo Department

Very comfortable and clean apartment, with excellent location very close to Pocitos beach. Check-in is done alone but there is a doorman in the building and before arriving Martín leaves super clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and Martin always answered and resolved my doubts and requests to make my stay more comfortable. The only thing I didn't expect is that the balcony in the room opens directly to the main street and there are no curtains/blinds, but there are doors that block the light and glass doors to open. Don't forget to climb to the top floor where the gym is and a terrace with amazing views of Pocitos and the Rio de la Plata!

This apartment is awesome! All the sunrises and sunsets were fabulous! Cozy place, very clean, very safe. for these 3 weeks it was like a second home I absolutely recommend!

The apartment is very comfortable. It is very well equipped and everything is brand new. The building is a quiet. Myriam is very friendly and helpful. Responds quickly. I even borrowed a cell phone charger. He was very flexible with the check-out times.

Lujan is always very helpful. The apartment is very nice, it was impeccable, it was very comfortable for two people. The location is unbeatable, beautiful area, a few steps from Pocitos Beach. They left lounge chairs that were used with pleasure to see the beautiful sunsets of Montevideo. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

My stay at Belén's apartment was amazing. It is beautiful brand new building on a fantastic street in Malvin, on a very safe area, only 3 blocks from a gorgeous beach, and 3 blocks from a main grocery store that has everything. Also very close to the centre of the neighbourhood where one can find many shops, restaurants and cafeterias. The apartments is very comfortable, with lots of lights, and very zen. Communication with Belén was super easy and flowy, she was very responsive and polite with every question and request I had. I will request to stay at Belén's again when I am back to Uruguay next year.

What a house! quiet place, near the sea, gas station near, market near. In summary a quiet and beautiful spot, I recommend. The hosts are of a unique education, very helpful and super understandable. loved!

We stayed in Montevideo for a few days and enjoyed the stay. The place was very clean and very well equipped. We especially liked the location of the place. The old town is a 20-minute walk away, 5 minutes to Ta-Ta supermarket and 30 minutes to Ramírez beach where you can watch a breathtaking sunset. The large idyllic terrace is very cozy to relax. We would come back to this place right away if we visited Montevideo again. Thank you Marcelo!

All you need to cook. Good shower Also with washing machine.Smart TV to watch Netflix, etc. It opens up a charming host,very warm and attentive. The modern and well located building, steps from the 18th. A place to return and recommend.

the apartment is great and very well located. She always served me very well by quickly answering the questions. I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.
